Wedding Weekend/Events Package Price -$6000 (*$7000 on holidays weekends - HSU Graduation, Memorial Day, 4th of July & Labor Day)

This rate includes:

• The Ranch House and Cottage for a 3 night stay - Friday - Sunday night
• 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, sleeps 10, pool & jacuzzi
• Event site overlooking the Trinity River
• 25 round tables & 8 banquet tables
• 200 white padded folding chairs
• Handicap accessible & handicap bathroom
• Deck and dance area overlooking the river
• Covered porch for buffet line
• Use of commercial kitchen if on-site caterer "Grace Catering" is hired
• Dishware for up to 60 people available in red included 
• Check in Friday at 4 pm and check out Monday at 11 am
